Service & Engagement
To me, “to lead” means “to serve.” Service is an essential part of how I live out my commitment to equity-centered leadership and continuous improvement. Across university, state, and national contexts, I engage in collaborative efforts that expand access, elevate practice, and advance shared learning.
Service is how I stay connected to the field and continue learning from those closest to the work. It is not something I do alongside my leadership—it is integral to how I lead, learn, and grow.
