Collaborating to Lead Equity-Focused, Systems-Level Improvement
Partnership is at the heart of TransformED Leadership.
My work is grounded in years of experience as a superintendent, central office leader, and professor of educational leadership, and it is guided by a core belief that equity-focused, systems-level leadership creates the conditions for schools and districts to flourish.
I partner with leaders who want to press toward more coherent, learning-centered improvement. Together, we focus on building the systems, routines, and cultures needed to bring bold visions for equity and learning to life.
This work blends improvement science, user-centered inquiry, and deep field experience with attention to trust, ownership, and psychological safety – and joy in the work!
