Teach
I am committed to preparing school and district leaders who are ready to lead real change. My teaching blends strong relationships, leading-edge research, and practical tools leaders can use in their own contexts—and the way I teach intentionally mirrors how leaders lead in the field.
I model values-forward, collaborative, improvement-oriented leadership and instructional strategies while embedding field-based application into every course. Whether teaching face-to-face, online, or in hybrid formats, I focus on helping leaders move beyond studying theory to applying improvement processes and tools that advance school and district improvement. Leaders learn to create change from where they are today—improving systems in real time—while also building the capacity to lead future improvement.
